Commercial Policy

This Commercial Policy governs the purchase, delivery, access, license, refund, multiple purchase, and restore purchase rules for Roman Gravitas digital products, including books, PDFs, field manuals, checklists, planners, templates, bundles, and related digital materials.

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through the official Roman Gravitas website, official Roman Gravitas funnels, checkout pages, order forms, and digital delivery systems.

Roman Gravitas is a digital publishing and education brand. Products may be delivered as downloadable files, protected PDF documents, eBooks, checklists, planners, digital bundles, or other online materials.

Where applicable, Roman Gravitas may operate as a brand, project, or commercial property of Probexis Ltd. References to “Roman Gravitas,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the Roman Gravitas commercial operation and, where applicable, its legal owner or operator.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Digital Products

Roman Gravitas products are digital products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • PDF books and eBooks;
  • field manuals;
  • checklists and command sheets;
  • planners and scorecards;
  • digital bundles;
  • bonus files or companion materials.

Product descriptions, formats, included files, and access terms are stated on the applicable product page, checkout page, or delivery page.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Product prices are displayed at checkout before purchase. Prices may be shown in USD or another currency depending on the checkout configuration, payment processor, region, or sales channel.

Taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated and added by the payment processor, platform, marketplace, or applicable tax system according to the customer’s location and the applicable rules.

Roman Gravitas may change product prices, bundles, offers, bonuses, or promotional terms at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless expressly required by law.

4. Delivery and Access

After a successful purchase, the customer will normally receive access to the purchased product through a delivery email, download page, protected link, membership area, or another official Roman Gravitas delivery method.

Delivery links may be protected for security reasons. A download link may be:

  • time-limited;
  • download-limited;
  • personalized to the purchaser;
  • watermarked or digitally marked;
  • protected against unauthorized redistribution.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and for checking spam, promotions, junk, or filtering folders if the delivery email does not appear in the main inbox.

If access is not received after a completed purchase, the customer should contact support@romangravitas.com with the relevant order details.

5. Refund Policy

Roman Gravitas provides digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, stored, and consumed immediately, refund eligibility is limited once digital delivery has been completed.

14-Day Fair Review Window

If there is a problem with an order, the customer may contact Roman Gravitas within 14 days of purchase at support@romangravitas.com. Roman Gravitas will review the request fairly and may ask for order information, delivery details, technical information, or other reasonable evidence to assess the issue.

No Refund After Download or Access

Refund requests will generally not be accepted once the purchased file has been downloaded, accessed, opened through the delivery system, or otherwise made available and used by the customer.

This rule exists because, once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights

Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rules apply, access to digital content may affect the right of withdrawal if the customer expressly consents to immediate digital delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligible Review Situations

Roman Gravitas may review refund or support requests in situations such as:

  • payment completed but no delivery email or access link was received;
  • the file was not technically accessible due to a delivery problem;
  • the wrong product was delivered;
  • there was a verified technical issue preventing access to the purchased product.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • downloaded or accessed digital products;
  • buyer’s remorse after access has been delivered;
  • failure to read the product description before purchase;
  • incompatibility caused by unsupported third-party software where the product itself was delivered correctly;
  • unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, or violation of license terms;
  • multiple purchases made intentionally or reasonably treated as additional licenses or copies.

The refund policy is designed to protect legitimate customers while preventing abuse of instantly delivered digital products.

6. Multiple Purchases and Additional Licenses

If the same digital product is purchased more than once, each completed purchase will be treated as a separate order and as an additional license or copy of the relevant product.

Multiple purchases are not automatically considered accidental duplicate purchases and do not, by themselves, create an automatic right to a refund. Customers may intentionally purchase more than one copy in order to provide access to different executives, team members, employees, clients, or authorized recipients within their organization.

Each purchase grants access only according to the applicable license terms stated for that product. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each purchased copy is intended for one authorized end user or recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the number of copies purchased corresponds to the number of intended users or recipients.

If a customer believes that a purchase was made in error, they may contact Roman Gravitas at support@romangravitas.com with the relevant order details. Roman Gravitas may review the request at its discretion, but duplicate or multiple purchases are not refundable solely because the same product was purchased more than once.

7. Restore Purchases

Roman Gravitas recognizes the customer’s right to request restoration of access to previously purchased digital products where the original purchase can be reasonably verified.

If a customer loses access to a download link, cannot find the original delivery email, changes device, or otherwise needs a new access link for a product already purchased, the customer may request a restore purchase by contacting:

support@romangravitas.com

The request should include, where available:

  • the customer’s full name;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the product purchased;
  • the order number or transaction reference;
  • the approximate date of purchase.

For security reasons, customers should never send full payment card numbers, passwords, government identification documents, or sensitive financial information by email unless specifically requested through a secure verified process.

Once the purchase has been verified, Roman Gravitas may provide a new download link, replacement delivery email, or another reasonable method of restoring access to the purchased product. Any restored link may be time-limited, download-limited, personalized, or otherwise protected for security and anti-abuse purposes.

A restore purchase does not create a new license, does not extend the original license beyond its stated terms, does not authorize redistribution, and does not modify the applicable refund policy.

Roman Gravitas may refuse or limit restore requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, unauthorized sharing, violation of license terms, or inability to verify the original purchase.

Until an automated restore purchase system is available, restore requests will be handled manually through support@romangravitas.com. When an automated restore procedure becomes available, Roman Gravitas may require customers to use that procedure for faster and more secure restoration of access.

8. License and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing, each Roman Gravitas digital product is licensed for personal use by the purchaser or by the authorized recipient for whom the purchaser bought the copy.

The customer may not:

  • resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or share the product publicly;
  • copy the product for unauthorized users;
  • remove or bypass digital markers, watermarking, metadata, or security features;
  • claim Roman Gravitas materials as their own;
  • use the product as part of a competing commercial product without written permission;
  • train, reproduce, or republish the content in bulk through automated systems without authorization.

Organizational use may require multiple purchases, additional licenses, team licensing, or a separate written agreement.

9. Security and Protected Delivery

Roman Gravitas may use secure file delivery methods, expiring links, download limits, access logs, file protection, watermarking, metadata, digital markers, timestamping, or other technical and legal measures to protect its digital products.

Customers must not attempt to bypass, remove, alter, disable, or interfere with such measures.

Security measures are used to protect both Roman Gravitas intellectual property and legitimate customers who purchase through official channels.

10. Chargebacks and Abuse

Customers are encouraged to contact Roman Gravitas at support@romangravitas.com before initiating a chargeback, especially where the issue relates to delivery, access, restore purchase, or technical support.

Roman Gravitas may restrict access, refuse additional delivery, deny restore requests, or take appropriate action where there is evidence of:

  • fraudulent purchase activity;
  • abusive refund behavior;
  • chargeback abuse;
  • unauthorized redistribution;
  • attempts to obtain multiple free copies;
  • violation of license terms.

To help Roman Gravitas process requests efficiently, customers should include the email address used at checkout, the product name, the order number or transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.

12. Changes to This Policy

Roman Gravitas may update this Commercial Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, delivery systems, payment systems, legal requirements, security procedures, restore purchase procedures, or business operations.

The version published on the official Roman Gravitas website is the current version unless otherwise required by applicable law.
